2017-2018 Season

Fellowship Friday

November 24, 2017

More than 100 people joined us for our annual morning of community service on the day after Thanksgiving. After a light breakfast hosted by Temple Emanu-El in Palm Beach, volunteers headed out to their choice of five area venues to lend a hand.

Nonperishable food and toiletries were also collected and donated to Adopt-a-Family Program Reach in West Palm Beach, which was also one of the volunteer sites. Others included Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Loxahatchee, Levine Residential and Quantum House in West Palm Beach, and a beach clean-up at Root Trail in Palm Beach.

Pizza & Pathways

in a world turned upside down

Facilitated by Tom O'Brien and Rabbi Howard Shapiro, this new series encouraged participants to explore and discuss timely topics in an open, interactive setting, using award-winning films as a jumping off point. Pizza and beverages were served and participants sat at round tables to encourage interaction.

This program is a membership benefit with free admission to Fellowship members; $10 per session for non-members.
